How to Delete Your Account on KulClass

Steps to Delete Your Account

• Open the KulClass app.
• Tap the Profile icon at the bottom-right of the screen.
• Tap the Settings icon at the top-right of the profile page.
• Scroll down and tap "Delete Account".
• Follow the prompts to confirm deletion.

Data That Will Be Deleted

• Your profile information (e.g., name, email)
• Transaction and activity history
• Login and security credentials

Note: All account data is permanently deleted from our servers within 7 days of confirmation.

Data Retained Temporarily

• Minimal security and anti-fraud logs (retained for up to 30 days)
